Security of your information
We protect your information with encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure payment processing through Stripe, role-based access to our backend, and row-level security on stored records. Health-related details you share are kept confidential and used only to support your education sessions.

Wellness Bridge Health Education ("we", "us", "our") provides nurse-led wellness and health education services. This policy explains how we handle the information you share when you book a session, become a member, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
- Account & booking details — name, email, phone, appointment date/time, and any notes you provide.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Health-related information — only what you voluntarily share during sessions or in booking notes for educational purposes.
- Technical data — basic usage information such as device, browser, and pages visited to improve the site.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your sessions.
- To process payments and manage your membership.
- To send appointment confirmations, receipts, and educational updates you opt into.
- To improve our services and respond to your questions.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers we rely on to operate (for example Stripe for payments and our email provider), and only as needed to deliver our services or comply with the law.
5. Educational service — not medical care
Our services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
6. Age requirement
Our services and membership are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By booking a session or joining the membership you confirm that you meet this requirement.
7. Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- You can cancel your membership at any time — you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure payment processing through Stripe.
9. Payments, refunds & reimbursement
All payments for sessions, products, and memberships are final and non-refundable. Because our services are educational in nature, we do not issue reimbursements for sessions attended, missed, or cancelled, and we do not refund membership fees for the current billing period. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of your paid period.
Our services are not covered by health insurance and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement, HSA/FSA claims, or third-party billing. We do not submit claims to insurers on your behalf.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Bridge Health Education, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates assume no liabilityfor any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of our website, sessions, products, membership, communications, or any information shared through our services.
You acknowledge that all decisions you make about your health, lifestyle, medications, diet, exercise, or care are your own responsibility. Acting on, or choosing not to act on, any information provided by us is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for outcomes related to your health, finances, or relationships that may result from applying the educational content we share.
By booking a session, joining the membership, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Wellness Bridge Health Education from any and all claims related to your participation.
